    1970 Expired New Hampshire Vanity License Plate. LUCY 7. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class. Well where do I start. !!! The plate has 4 extra holes I on the bottom and 3 little holes on top.The plate needs cleaning it has scrapes and scratches and dents where the holes are. Could be bullet holes.
