    Description

    Our Aluminum Fixture Plate is designed to be used with a 6" mill vice and repeatable within .001" or less depending upon condition of vice. Easily remove plate from vice for new set up or to fixture a new part on the plate, and then return plate to vice (without use of parallels or stops) and plate repeats to same zero point as before.  1 1/4" thick aluminum plate makes for rigid setups. Our plate is finished on all sides allowing them to be used for squaring of parts. The fixture plate features two milled sections on the bottom side for mounting and locating on the top of mill vice jaws. 92 holes that are tapped with 5/16"-18 threads provide ample clamping and fixturing possibilities. Each of the 92 holes are also counterbored to .3755" allowing for extremely accurate locating and stop setting using 3/8" pins. Included with fixture plate are six 3/8"x5/8" dowel pins for use as stops and locating pins.  Proudly made in the U.S.A.
