Aluminum Sacrificial Fixture Pin Plates. Compare to the offerings from many other sellers and manufacturers: Here on eBay and all other places of industrial manufacturing tooling: Avid: Tormach: Hass: Fanuc: Torchmate: Omtech, Epilog. ShopSabre. Openbuilds. Queenbee. Bridgeport. Dyna.
Epilog and many other, sell a similar plate for a much, much higher retail price. ($)
2013 HOLES (perfectly, square to each other: and to the holes next to them:) total. FIVE of the holes ( corners, center) are undersize (0.177in) (4.5mm) and countersunk for accepting a mounting on the base spoilboard, or table, of the machine.
ALL holes on one face are chamfered.
    33 x 61 HOLE : HOLE DIA: 0.322in (8.2MM)
FLAT to 0.001"  ( Z axis) REPEATABLE :  SQUARE TO 0.001" HARD ANODIZED.
EVERY HOLE IS PERFECTLY IN THE RIGHT SPOT. WORKS ( bolts down to:) with both Metric extrusion and Imperial. Go ahead and mic it. I can run my X and Y across it with the dial mounted ( 0.001" resolution) and not deviate more than the repeatability of the gauge itself. The anodizing is strong and tenacious; Will not fade in UV light, cannot be scrubbed off with steel wool or scotchbrite, is impervious to alcohol, acetone, MEK, and weak acids, and or any other type of corrosion, and will last for years with proper care.
    33 x 61 HOLE : HOLE DIA: 0.322in (8.2MM)
Holes are 10mm ON CENTER to the hole(s) neighbor.
CNC ROUTER, LASER. Base plate, pallet. Pin plate. Benchtop milling. Insert for a MDF bed. Etc.
    For DIY use with :
    Square: Fixture, work-holding,
Negative space, as a PIN PLATE for holding the stock above your bed, when using a CNC laser,: as a repeatable base plate pallet for a rotary axis mill, a Bridgeport sized bed, Desktop Router, Drill Press mill, Desktop Knee mill; Desktop Laser, DIODE or CO2 or FIBER. Accurate, repeatable results. Bolt some smaller square rail or parallel 1-2-3 blocks onto it, set your baseline references, and go to town. Sacrificial, soft enough to be cut with sharp carbide. Strong and stiff. Very flat. Cut it up an make a bunch of smaller ones if you want. Vector Grid plate. Anodized for Anti-corrosion and surface finish. Fully machined. Every surface. Strong and will not deform under heavy load. Will withstand heavy  (cutting) forces and ( dead) loads.  Two layers will support a car . Four layers would support a truck ( ...as an inch thick alu plate would... ).
I do not know concretely if it is 60 series or 70 series ALUMINUM,  The holes ARE able to be tapped at will: With a sharp cutting tool: However, the plate will arrive without any holes tapped. You can tap the holes if you wish for use. A (M10x1.5mm) tap cuts very nice clean threads for further bolting.
