For sale is a new Circo Baby window valance.  Valance is light blue with small white stars (various sizes). Bottom edging is green, white and blue plaid on the bias. Valance is two sided and could be used as balloon valance (underside is solid white below the rod pocket).

% cotton.  @90" x 14.5". 3" rod pocket and 1.75" header. New, but not in original packaging.  Sweet and will coordinate with so many nursery decors!
