Expired New Hampshire Vanity License Plate.
The plate has bends. A rubber hammer might help, But I’m not sure if you could get all of it or not. Paint bubbles on the edges and around the top mounting holes . The plate needs cleaning also has scratches and stains and scrapes and doesn’t lay flat. Please look at the pictures closely before you purchase. Thanks
