Expired New Hampshire Vanity License Plate..
First of all the plate needs cleaning, The right top corner is bent, But I think it could be rubber hammered, A easy fix. I see surface rust in the lower left corner and on the back around the lower mounting holes and the rust is heavier there. Please look at the pictures closely before you purchase.. thanks
