I bought this pan to cook 2 beef tenderloins. They fit just fine. Pan and rack where easy to clean, and both fit on bottom rack of dish washer. Handles are sturdy and can support a lot of weight.

Love stainless steel cookware I will never use anything else. This Roasting pan was perfect for my 20 lbs. Turkey and now use this pan for everyday cooking.The pan is thicker than most stainless steel pans I have owned in the past and has a great quality feel. I bought a cheaper stainless steel pan from Home Depot (about ) in the past (which I see is no longer available) although that pan worked out fine it had a cheep feel to it and the pan itself was very thin. So I am much happier with this Tramonthia Pan because of its thickness and sturdiness and quality. Particularly compared to my previous pan.
