Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs and scratches from normal use.
Notes:
This item was not fully tested since we do not have the proper resources.  When power was applied it initialized and printed the model number and version on the paper as seen in the image.  We are not familiar with this type of printer so we could only get a couple of things to print out also seen in the image.  This printer does not come equipped with a roll of paper, though it does have a used ribbon.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
