    Description

Painterly illustration of domestic Hawaiian homestead scene. The men are engaged in pounding poi. Because of the beautiful coloration, this is one of our favorite scenes in the Tuck's Hawaiian collection, which is not only pretty but also somewhat underappreciated.
This could be due to over exposure. Some issues were published in too large of an edition. Other issues are infrequently found....
Listing a grouping today.....so you can get a sense of the collection.
    Tuck's of London
    published a
bout 20 postcards in their Hawaii grouping. (Oddly they used same series number on different postcards- We think this is because they published about 3 different Hawaii Series- therefore each series bears the same number for that collection.)
    Dates to 1909-10 ish.
    CONDITION: Very Fine. Antique. UnMailed.
    SIZE: aprox 3 1/2" x 5 1/2"
Shipping is first class mail. Happy to combine.
