The C-Arm originally operated this module at 40-70 Kill-O-Volts at up to 200uA and the filament at up to 3 volts/3A. The HV+ connects to the tube Anode through the white plastic insulator and  yellow wires connect to the filament.  The small rectangle in the lead shield is the business end of the X-Rays.
All shipping labels are created using the eBay service and tracking information shows up on the buyers "Orders" page immediately.  Trips to the USPS and FedEx are made ONCE A WEEK ONLY!
