Original 1950's "Howdy Doody" Lunch Dinner Plate (8-1/2") "Taylor Smith" China

Up for sale is this original 1950's "Howdy Doody" collectible. Unlike many modern day collectible plates, this one was safe to eat off of. In fact it was marketed that way. Kids would have to finish their meal to see Howdy Doody underneath. Plate measures 8-1/2" wide by 1" tall and weighs just under a pound. It's manufactured by "Taylor Smith & Taylor" and it bears their logo on back. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. No signs of misuse or abuse
