PREMIER 70C-6M provides optimum weldability and operator appeal. PREMIER 70C6M is well suited for applications where higher manganese and silicon levels are essential, such as in the presence of heavy mill scale or rust, or when improved wetting and bead profile of the weld bead is desired. This product excels in general purpose welding, but is equally superior in more demanding situations, as in heavier metal fabrication, structural work, and pipe welding. CHARACTERISTICS:  Higher manganese and silicon content provides more deoxidation and a flatter bead profile.  Increased productivity, better sidewall fusion and penetration than with ER70S-6 solid wire.
DESCRIPTION: Pinnacle Alloys Premier 70C-6M is a metal cored electrode intended for both single pass and multipass applications. These electrodes are characterized by spray arc and excellent bead wash characteristics. They are intended to be used with 75-80% Ar/ balance CO2 shielding gas.
