Made in Germany, 1966.
This is a surplus item from a local university.  It is in working condition. I cannot verify that it is currently calibrated correctly, but I was able to compare accuracy with a digital scale (see last 2 photos). The bubble level (photo 8) can be centered with the adjustable front legs.
