Source, Condition and Photos:
As with much of the printing supplies we sell, we obtained this item from a governmental agency's surplus department.  As a government agency's printing equipment and needs change and/or their equipment is replaced for various reasons, agencies often end up with surplus supplies that they no longer need.  To offset government expenses, surplus agencies may sell off such supplies.  I buy such surplus items and then resell them on eBay.  So this is not some random "dumpster find" or anything like that.
The product being sold here is in factory new retail shelf selling condition.
All photos in this listing are of one or more of the three sealed boxes we have of this product as of when this listing will first appear on eBay.  To see how many are left as you are reading this, look for a "quantity box" near the top of the listing.
As they are all in identical condition, there is no real need for us to supply photos of each one.  Instead we have shown all-angles photos of one, with close up views to show it was sealed and to show (to the year, date and minute) when the box of 1000 was produced.  For the remaining two, the year, date and time and the fact that the seal is intact, are shown.  There are enough differences in the date, year and/or time on each item so that you'll know which one's back view including the closeups of the seal and date that you are looking at.

And unlike as with adhesive label type products as made by Avery and its competitors, such as address labels, file folder labels, etc., where over time the strength of the adhesive on each label will gradually decrease (to the point where with very old adhesive label products, the labels won't stick onto anything any more no matter how hard you may try to stick them onto something, the fact that these sheets of business card stock were produced in either 2013 or 2014 (see the close-up photos) is nothing that you need to worry about.

WE SHIP QUICKLY AFTER PAYMENT:
Our commitment on this sale is to get your item(s) to the shipper within one business day after payment is completed.  And if a buyer is able to get payment completed by 11am California time on a non-holiday weekday (Mondays through Fridays), we are often able to ship the same day as paid.  We may ship the same day as paid even if paid later, but the later in the day payment is made, the less likely same day shipment can take place.  Depending on circumstances at this end and what shipment method applies, we may even be able to do "same day as paid" shipping on a Saturday, though our local USPS (often, but not always, the method and location of where and how we ship) closes at 4pm Saturdays (vs. 5pm on weekday business days).
Since only one person here takes care of shipping (and just about anything else), we can't literally promise in advance to achieve same-day-as-paid shipping, since things can always "come up" to prevent that for a smaller operator like us.  We do, however, ship the same day as paid when we can, especially when it comes to relatively small size shipping packages, and our feedback shows that our customers appreciate the extra effort.
We hope you will give us a "five star" rating for how we ship.  As long as we've given this to the shipper within our promised handling time, we've done all we can at this end.  This listing will begin in January 2023 so winter weather can affect how long these will take to get to you -- but the weather won't stop us from meeting our commitments to you in terms of getting these items to the shipper.
FREE "STANDARD CLASS" SHIPPING:
eBay defines "Standard Class" shipping as meaning a shipping service that is supposed to get a buyer's item to them within 5 business days after being given to the shipper by the ebay seller (plus, in our case, our standard 1 business day after payment handling time between payment date and shipment date).  When you choose "Free Shipping", we will pick from available carriers that will commit to delivering your item(s) to you at least that quickly, based on whichever method costs us the least.
In this case that usually means we'd often use UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery (our choice) for "free" shipping, though in some cases, USPS Priority Mail will be chosen because it may cost less than the other two usually slower delivery methods that still qualify under eBay's "Standard Shipping" standards.  You can, however, require us to use Priority Mail, by paying for an upgrade to Priority Mail.  If it turns out we'd have chosen Priority Mail anyway as being our least expensive alternative to provide Free Shipping, however, we'll refund your upgrade cost; or you can wait a short time (often less than 2 hours) for us to send you an invoice in which we'll tell you if we're going to use Priority Mail without your paying an extra fee.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL:
You can decide at time of checkout to pay extra for us to ship via USPS Priority Mail if you're in a hurry (and want to be sure that we'll use Priority Mail instead of a likely slower -- possibly days slower, depending on circumstances -- alternative still allowed by the terms of this listing).
If more than one of the original 3 on this listing remains available, if you buy more than 1 of these, the Priority Mail upgrade total will be .00 plus .00 more for each item bought together for shipment together to a single address at the same time.  So, buy 2, upgrade to Priority Mail for ; buy 3, the upgrade total for all 3 would be a single charge of .
And remember, as stated in the previous section, if we would have chosen Priority Mail even if you didn't pay for the upgrade, we'll refund any payment you may have made before receiving our invoice saying the upgrade would not cost you anything extra.
Please note that we are referring here to "USPS Priority Mail", not the much more expensive "USPS Priority Mail Express" service (formerly known as "Express Mail").

If you do choose this option, we'll make a more than customary effort to ship the same day as paid, even though per the terms of this listing, our standard turnaround time to ship between date of payment, and the next business day, is one business day.  To increase the odds of getting "same date as paid" shipping, buy and pay as early in the day as you can (and do so on a Monday through Saturday that is not considered a "postal holiday" by the USPS such as Veterans' Day.
RETURNS IN GENERAL

Please be sure to save all shipping and packing materials (box, padding, etc.) for the length of the potential return period, in the event a return is to take place.  If you have any questions at all about the condition of the materials, however, please contact us first to confirm that we would authorize you to re-use those materials in returning an item to us, since sometimes those materials get chewed up enough during initial delivery that they need to be repaired or replaced before being re-used.
NO-FAULT RETURNS
:  30 calendar day return time, running from date of first attempt at delivery by the chosen shipper to your ebay verified shipping address, if you return these for any or no reason in the same condition as sent, at your expense.  However, if you do something that damages or destroys any of these label sheets other than would constitute "normal use" -- for example, if you spill your drink onto one or more sheets of these labels, or onto the entire box of them even if the labels inside the box remain dry but the appearance of the box is now no longer "retail shelf ready" as these will be when shipped, those are good examples of things that would not qualify for a "NO-FAULT RETURN".
