    : Up for your consideration is one gorgeous SALAD PLATE from the world famous TAYLOR SMITH AND TAYLOR CHINA. This piece is crafted in their CHICKEN AND RICE pattern. The pattern features BROWN AND TAN CHICKENS AND WHEAT ACCENTED WITH BROWN TRIM. This is a really charming pattern. This plate has a minor chip and that is the reason for the discounted price.  (NOTE: At the time of posting we had a second listing for 5 other SALAD PLATES that are in excellent condition and we have a total of 3 plates with a small chip under this listing at the discounted price.  Since most of the cost is in the shipping and packing, you can add one or more plates very inexpensively.  Since this pattern is so hard to find in any condition we thought we would offer these to help some someone get some replacements).
    The porcelain is bright and clean, it has a nice luster and looks great with the chickens and wheat.
    The piece has a diameter of 8-3/8”. The bottom has the TAYLORSTONE maker's mark to ensure authenticity.
