    This classic Balance is in very nice condition and is ready to serve in a lab once again.  It would be a petfect addition to a middle school orhigh school lab where tbe digital scales ate quickly destroyed.  The scale is also the Ohaus micrometer version which delivers much more accurate weighing results.  It rests upon a 16 inch by 5 inch base, stands 11 inches tall, and has 7 inch diameter weighing platforms. Its all metal cobstruction has it weighing in at a solid 14 pounds.
