Condition:
Pre-Owned/Used.  The overall condition is "Fair" to "Good."  It was used, so there are areas of scratches, scuff-marks, and paint loss.  Also, there are small areas of rust along the bottom ring (as shown in the last photo).

, I LOVE the "patina" - shows that it was used and not just a display piece.
